• Cancellations received up to 30 days before arrival, 80% of the package will be refunded, with a 20% retention for administrative costs.
• Cancellations received between 29 and 7 days before arrival, will be penalized with the amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation plus 20% for administrative costs.
• Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival, no refund applies. The client will assume all financial costs associated with the refund.
